Lady Liberty

Found this in my hard drive and thought of uploading it. Taken about two years ago during our New Jersey - New York trip. :)

The Statue of Liberty Enlightening the World was a gift of friendship from the people of France to the people of the United States and is a universal symbol of freedom and democracy. The Statue of Liberty was dedicated on October 28, 1886, designated as a National Monument in 1924 and restored for her centennial on July 4, 1986.

My Little Tiger

Almost three months ago, I found the most obese stray cat there is outside our doorstep. Now, she's here to stay. Isn't she the cutest? =D

Snowflakes

It was a beautiful winter afternoon, the sun was up and creating just the right temperature. My friend and I were resting from hours of skiing when suddenly we noticed something fall through the earth's atmosphere to our ski pants. Snowflakes =D

That was the first time I have seen it and they were the most beautiful pieces of ice I have ever seen. Snowflakes fascinate me, they come perfectly in different shapes and form. The size, shape, and texture of the flakes depend on many environmental factors, including temperature, humidity, and which way the winds are blowing. Not only are snowflakes from different regions unique, but even flakes formed in the very same cloud will vary. Their shape is extremely dependent upon where they form in the cloud and the temperature changes each flake experiences as it is forming.

In theory, two snowflakes could be precisely the same, yet the probability of complex water molecules in two different snowflakes being distributed in the exact same configuration is next to zero. Even among billions and billions of crystals, the odds are unlikely. That's why snowflakes are considered a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Amazing Creator :)

One with Nature

“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quite alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. As longs as this exists, and it certainly always will, I know that then there will always be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be. And I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles.”

A Drop of Everything Nice

Finally regained access to my e-mail and blog's password after six weeks. Lol I guess we're back to business then. :)

Absolutely brings back many memories is this place that is one of my favourite hang-out spot in the south. Perfected with soft haze, light rain and cold breeze - Tagaytay City :)
